The OCM12 Paper Cup Machine: Working Principle

The OCM12 paper cup machine adopt to single or double PE/PLA coated paper fans as the raw material.

Step 1 :sucking down paper

which uses a vacuum generator to suck down the paper fan

Step2 :cup side sealing

The cup side is sealed through copper heater or ultrasonic heater.

The copper heater by high temperature for sealing.

The ultrasonic heater by resonates and heats for sealing.

Step3 : cup tube feeding

The cup tube is fed by the robot hand, which pushes up the cup body to the mold.

Step4: cut bottom cutting

The roller makes the bottom paper move forward to cutter, and the paper cutter will cut bottom paper. 

Step5 :cut bottom sealing

The bottom is folded by a heater and preheated by two air blowing heaters.

Step6 :Bottom knurling heater

Focuses on nearing the cup bottom, with a bottom knurling heater used for heating and knurling to seal the cup bottom, achieving the finished knurling effect.

Step7: cup top curling

By the curling unit which uses curling mold to finish the curling rim.

Step8: paper cup collection
