This customer is from Sudan, he has clear requirements for his paper cup machine and finally, he purchased an OCM 100 ultrasonic heater paper cup machine with 5 tons of paper.

Customer Inquiry:

Customer-first stated his own needs:

1. do 6 oz paper cups

2.  cheaper machine

3. According to these requirements, we introduced a OCM100 Copper heater to the customer, and then communicated more details about the machine features, production capacity , and other machine requirements, etc.

Then, Cutomers want to know more about the paper cup machine. We introduce another simple model paper cup machine for him .after explain him the difference between ocm100 and simple model paper cup machine, the customer confirmed he will choose ultrasonic heater paper cup machine.

Next，The customer needs to buy paper raw material but he does not have his printing design, so we send him the printing design picture and let him do the choice.

Customers agreed and expressed their desire to cooperate.

Then we made the PI, and the customer paid the deposit within 15 minutes after the invoice was issued.

After everything confirmed, our engineers draw the paper cup size design for the customer immediately.
